We are seeking a Resident Relations Coordinator to support property operations, strengthen resident relationships, and help maintain a safe, well-managed community environment. What you'll do: Serve as a liaison between management, maintenance, local agencies, and law enforcement while supporting overall community operations Enforce lease compliance through inspections, police log reviews, and resident engagement; document and address violations as needed Coordinate maintenance scheduling, unit inspections, pest control services, and resident communications Provide front-line customer service by handling inquiries, directing residents and visitors, and supporting day-to-day office operations Maintain administrative functions, including recordkeeping, incident reporting, and processing accommodation requests, while collaborating with on-site staff to support resident programs and events What we're looking for: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience working with diverse populations and handling sensitive or complex situations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems What we offer: Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package
