$20.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience About Applied Behavior Institute Applied Behavior Institute (ABI) provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Our centers rely on strong administrative and operational support to ensure our clinical teams can focus on providing excellent care to the clients and families we serve. We are looking for an organized, dependable, and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This position will provide support across the company, with an initial focus on client transportation coordination, company reporting, and administrative support for leadership and center teams . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, organization, and working with different teams. The role will evolve over time based on the needs of the company, providing opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, support new initiatives, and help improve our administrative processes. Tasks and Responsibilities Coordinate transportation services for clients with MassHealth insurance. Communicate with transportation providers regarding schedules, changes, delays, and missed rides. Communicate with families regarding transportation-related questions and concerns. Help troubleshoot and resolve transportation issues in a timely and professional manner. Generate and distribute recurring reports for centers and company leadership. Provide general administrative support to central leadership and center teams. Supporting company-wide administrative processes and procedures. Assisting with the coordination and implementation of new processes. Identifying opportunities to make administrative processes more organized and efficient. Providing additional administrative support based on the evolving needs of the organization. Support special projects and initiatives led by company leadership. Assist with the development and implementation of new administrative systems. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys keeping things organized, solving problems, and being a dependable resource for others. We are looking for someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Reliable and dependable , with the ability to manage recurring responsibilities and deadlines. A strong communicator who can interact professionally with families, staff, vendors, and leadership. Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with multiple teams. A problem solver who can identify an issue, determine appropriate next steps, and follow through to resolution. Comfortable working with technology , including email, Microsoft Office, Excel, spreadsheets, and databases. Adaptable and willing to learn , particularly as the responsibilities of the position evolve. Professional and confidential when handling client, employee, and company information. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in an administrative, office support, scheduling, customer service, or similar role preferred. Prior ABA experience is preferred but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office/Excel or similar software. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to pass a CORI background check. Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle preferred. Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is a plus. Why Join ABI?
