Job Description

Provides administrative and operational support by coordinating, verifying, and confirming purchase orders, project details, schedules, shipments, and related documentation. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of administrative, customer service, coordination, or office support experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience maintaining and updating information in ERP or internal tracking systems. Ability to work in an office-based environment with extended computer and phone use. Ability to coordinate with warehouse, manufacturing, purchasing, and operational teams as required. Preferred Skills Associate degree. Experience working with ERP systems. Experience supporting purchase orders, order confirmations, shipment coordination, or service activities. Experience preparing reports, spreadsheets, confirmation emails, and supporting documentation. Job Responsibilities Review and confirm purchase orders, project details, schedules, and related documentation for accuracy and completeness. Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding order status, scheduling, and required follow-up items. Maintain and update purchase order, project, and scheduling data within ERP and internal tracking systems. Coordinate confirmations related to shipments and service activities. Prepare and distribute confirmation follow-up emails, reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation. Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate corrections with appropriate stakeholders. Respond to order, scheduling, shipment, and documentation inquiries. Ensure documentation complies with established procedures and documentation standards. Support administrative process improvements related to order confirmation, tracking, and documentation accuracy.
Pay:
