Job Description

We are actively recruiting for a Senior Administrative Assistant for an affordable housing and real estate company in Harvard, MA. This position will manage affordable housing applications and serve as a key point of contact with applicants and third parties throughout the application and certification process. Primary Responsibilities Review affordable housing applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness Communicate with applicants to obtain required information and documentation Coordinate with third parties to verify income, assets, employment, and other required information Handle income certifications and recertifications and ensure all required documentation is complete Manage applicant files from initial review through completion, following up on outstanding items Communicate professionally with applicants, employers, financial institutions, agencies, property contacts, and other third parties Prepare, organize, and maintain forms, records, and confidential documentation Track deadlines and ensure applications continue moving through the process Assist with more complex administrative issues and provide general office support as needed Qualifications 4+ years of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a documentation-heavy environment Strong attention to detail and ability to review financial and other supporting documentation Ability to independently manage multiple files and priorities Strong MS Office skills including Word & Excel Affordable housing, property management, leasing, mortgage, banking, or similar experience is a plus High School Diploma or equivalent required The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30AM to 5PM. The pay range is $26-$29/hr depending on experience.
