Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to physicians/providers. Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures. Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information. Collect co-pays, encounter forms, and any other appropriate fees. Schedule follow-up appointments as needed. Accurately input outpatient orders into the Medical Center's Order Entry System.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with third-party payers. Working knowledge of ICD-10 and HCPC coding preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in a physician's office or a similar healthcare environment preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
