Jobs › Lanesboro, MA › Administrative Assistant Laurel Ridge Senior Living Residence Administrative Assistant Lanesboro, MA Apply Laurel Ridge Senior Living Residence is seeking an organized, professional and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure smooth operation of our business office. The ideal candidate is a team player with the ability to work cooperatively with the Executive Director, staff, residents and their family members. Part-Time Flexible Hours Duties and responsibilities:
  • Serve as a point of contact through telephone and email.
  • Monitor entry and exit of building visitors.
  • Maintain records and filing systems, operate standard office equipment.
  • Handle records according to confidentiality codes and regulations, prepare and maintain state and federal requirements/reports.
  • Carry out general office duties, performing basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
  • Provide additional support, complete additional duties and projects at the discretion of the Executive Director.
Job Requirements:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and have good general computer knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with staff, residents and their families.
  • Helping to create and maintain a positive work environment and a safe and welcoming environment for residents and their families.
  • Possess a Valid driver\'s license.
  • Be able to successfully pass a CORI/SORI and fingerprint check.
