We are seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The administrative assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to the office staff, assisting with tenant communication, maintaining accurate records, coordinating appointments, and helping ensure office operations run smoothly. This position is expected to work during standard business hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering the phone professionally and courteously Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries via phone or email promptly and professionally Perform data entry tasks accurately using software such as Buildium, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Assist with coordinating schedules for team members Accept rental payments and post them to the appropriate account Contact delinquent accounts via phone, email, or text to inform tenants of outstanding balances Support office management activities by coordinating supplies, entering maintenance requests, and general administrative needs Assist with other administrative and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in customer service or client communication roles preferred Bilingual ability preferred Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or
Google Workspace Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
