$19/hour Job Summary Seeking a Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to provide front desk and general administrative support in a busy regional office. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish , customer-service oriented, organized, and comfortable using Microsoft Office. Responsibilities Greet visitors and provide professional front desk support. Answer and route calls in English and Spanish. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and correspondence. Manage meeting room calendars and prepare conference rooms. Maintain office supplies, records, and confidential documents. Operate printers, copiers, scanners, and other office equipment. Perform data entry and clerical tasks using Microsoft Office and internal systems. Provide backup administrative support and assist with special projects. Qualifications Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish . Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems . Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Preferred:
Administrative experience in a government, public-facing, or human services environment.
