Major Responsibilities:
Assist Director in coordinating general daily functions of the office. Assist the Expanded Access Director and instructors in monitoring progress toward program goals. Assist Director with the management and operations of Expanded Access Programs, including scheduling, enrollment, student information system data (Aspen). Assist Director with scheduling and execution of programs including orientation and certificate ceremonies. Assist the Director with annual handbook updates or revisions. Assist Director with management of student tuition fees, payments and refunds. Assist Director with developing and promoting Expanded Access via online and traditional marketing. Maintain all student information data including but not limited to enrollment, attendance, completion and employment. Maintain online registration system. Communicate admissions process to prospective students. Process registrations, payment information and refunds for Expanded Access programs. Schedule instructor interviews, admissions interviews and TABE testing appointments. Monitor admissions process and send acceptance packages to students. Prepare weekly deposits for all programs. Manage OSHA progress and completion, and retain copies credentials for each student. Maintain accurate records for state or national certification and/or licensure. Practices confidentiality in all matters related to students, instructors and other areas as necessary. Ability to communicate effectively and interact with people across cultures.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Three or more years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in an educational or public sector setting. Proficient with Microsoft 365 (including Word, Excel, and Outlook); familiarity with district software platforms such as: Aspen preferred. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle diverse tasks, work independently, prioritize and multi-task. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail. Maintain confidential information.
Additional Requirements:
This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public, walking around the school, observing students, standing for periods, occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, reading documents, using a computer, listening and speaking, using office equipment, maintaining energy throughout the day, and handling stress effectively.
Terms of Employment:
Full-Time, 12 month position.
Typical Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Schedule may vary based on District needs and may include occasional evening hours and off-campus events, including Open House, career fairs, graduation, and other District-sponsored events.

Salary range is $60,000 - $74,000 annually, prorated to date of hire. Eligible for health, dental, and retirement benefits.
