This includes greeting and directing guests, answering phone inquiries and handling request or complaints in a professional manner. Present properties and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials Determine the needs, living standards, and economic viability of prospective customers Travel off-site to deliver files, keys or reports, meet with clients, inspect properties and show prospective tenants. Confirm rental application data and personal references Maintain files with confidentiality in an easily assessable format. Negotiate lease terms and conditions and close deals Coordinate communications between various departments, schedule meetings, distribute reports and keep all parties informed of general business operations. Operate and maintain office machinery, including copiers, fax machines and printers.
Administrative Clerk Skills:
High school diploma or equivalency required. Good organization, scheduling and time management skills. Previous experience with administrative duties in an office setting, property management experience preferred. Bi-lingual English/Spanish required. Reliable transportation required during working hours
