What You'll Be Doing:
- Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with scheduling, service requests, product inquiries, and general support
- Following up on service-related concerns and production updates
- Listening to customers with empathy and helping de-escalate issues with professionalism and care
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Keeping accurate notes and updating internal systems after each call
- Making outbound calls for confirmations, updates, and rescheduling needs
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional phone presence
- Friendly, clear, and professional
- Proven customer service and de-escalation experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate scheduling and CRM systems
- Reliable and punctual, with access to dependable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
