What You'll Be Doing:

• Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with scheduling, service requests, product inquiries, and general support
• Following up on service-related concerns and production updates
• Listening to customers with empathy and helping de-escalate issues with professionalism and care
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Keeping accurate notes and updating internal systems after each call
• Making outbound calls for confirmations, updates, and rescheduling needs
