We take a holistic approach to planning to give our clients the most appropriate service and recommendations to suit their unique needs. We realize that every aspect of our clients' financial well-being affects the big picture, and we work with them to achieve their short-term and long-term goals. Our team is continuing to expand, and we are currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant in our Wakefield, MA office location. Current role requires an in-office schedule. Primary responsibilities of this role include: Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other platforms; previous experience with CRM software preferred Display initiative in proactively completing tasks and identifying process inefficiencies and future team needs Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary Manage and maintain the office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management Assist with ongoing team projects as needed Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys providing excellent customer service.
