Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a consulting firm in Marlborough, MA. This is a Direct Hire position. This role manages the day-to-day office operations, accounting, and administrative project coordination for the team.
Position Responsibilities:
Handle accounting functions (AP/AR) using QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, bill payment and check writing Support management and executive team with administrative duties Track and manage employee hours and assist with related payroll functions Answer incoming phone calls and handle general office correspondence, mailing, and filing Assist with small projects involving permits, reporting, and other administrative requirements Communicate with agencies regarding permits, invoicing, and related matters Manage office supplies, equipment, vendors, and general office services Serve as the primary contact for building management and vendors for cleaning, maintenance, and repair services Perform other general office duties and provide support to various company projects as needed
Position Requirements:
Associate degree or equivalent work experience required 3+ years of administrative or related experience Strong QuickBooks skills required Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively as part of a team This is a Direct Hire, Full time position with great growth opportunities within the company. The schedule is Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM. The salary range is $55,000-$65,000 DOE.
