- CBHC The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general administrative assistance to Riverside consumers and clinic staff, including: Opening and closing the office Answering phones and making appointment reminder calls Greeting consumers, collecting co-payments Entering billing and other data into the electronic health record General administrative duties including managing medical records, medical billing data, filing, copying, scanning, supplies The ideal candidate is a friendly, respectful, well-organized, reliable individual with good computer, problem-solving and communication skills who is comfortable with multi-tasking and working independently.
Schedule:
Full Time, 40 hours Tuesday•Friday:
12pm to 8pmSaturday:
9am to 5pmPay Rate:
