Job Description:
Serve as an Office Assistant for the Student Engagement Office. Provide support as a front-end customer service representative.
Daily office function support:
filing, answering phones, copying and other office duties. May be assigned special projects throughout the year. Replace postings on bulletin boards throughout campus. Create flyers and posters as needed. Deliver important information to departments across campus. Communicate with various departments on campus and off campus contractors/vendors. Support the office in commuter student initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and other layout and design programs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organization skills. Positive personality. Ability to work with structure and also independently. Flexible work schedule. May include some nights and weekends.
