Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Nutrition Office. This role is essential in ensuring efficient administrative processes, supporting staff, and maintaining accurate records related to nutrition programs and services. The ideal candidate will have a background or strong interest in health and wellness and experience supporting social media efforts to enhance community outreach and engagement. Responsibilities Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, staff, and vendors Maintain and update client records, nutrition program data, and reports Assist with appointment coordination and calendar management Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for nutrition staff Manage office supplies and coordinate orders as needed Support compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality standards Assist in organizing nutrition workshops, events, and meetings Support social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and posting content Monitor engagement (comments, messages) and respond appropriately or escalate as needed Help develop basic content such as flyers, graphics, and nutrition tips for online platforms Skills Attention to detail Multitasking and prioritization Customer service orientation Team collaboration Problem-solving abilities Creativity and digital communication skills Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to health and wellness!
