Opportunity Overview :
In this role, you will provide critical administrative support for the Mechanical, Electrical, and IMC shops. You will help ensure daily operational work flows smoothly by preparing work packages, running reports, maintaining schedules, and supporting supervisors with documentation, compliance tasks, and daily coordination. You will play an essential part in organizing work orders, verifying accuracy, updating systems, and keeping both paper and electronic records aligned with regulatory and operational standards.
Your Day-to-Day:
Prepare materials for the Plan of the Day (POD) meeting. Run and distribute necessary operational reports. Review crew schedules and update WorkLoud. Prepare, print, verify, and file online work packages and supporting documents. Check for new or updated work orders and reorganize files when schedules change. Print clearance orders, qualifications, calibration sheets, and other required forms. Scan and upload completed work packages into EWP; perform V&V for paperless recorders. Ensure work orders are correctly marked (SUPR, WOTS). Deliver completed work orders to the Package Control Center. Maintain department tracking spreadsheets and documentation. Prepare expense reports and procedure markups for PCR. Prepare outage work packages and update duty phone information. Update union boards and process SSIS terminations when needed. Run crew work-hour reports in WorkLoud. Support additional administrative or special projects as assigned.
Who You Are:
1-2 years of administrative support experience, in an industrial, utility, energy, or operational environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Experience managing documents, schedules, and multiple reports simultaneously. Experience in nuclear, industrial, manufacturing, or utility environments.
