Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage commercial submittals from initial request through final approval. Review project plans, specifications, drawings, and contract requirements. Prepare and submit product data, shop drawings, samples, specifications, and other required items. Coordinate with Multi Unit Sales, Design, Estimating, Project Management and Production. Review submittals for accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Track submittal status, approvals, revisions, and deadlines. Coordinate revisions and resubmittals as needed. Maintain organized project files and accurate documentation. Identify and resolve missing or conflicting information before it impacts the project. Ensure approved submittals and project changes are communicated to the appropriate internal team members.Qualifications:
Experience in construction administration, cabinetry, millwork, countertops, or a related industry preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and project specifications. Experience with construction or project management software is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.Pay:
