Jun 2, 2026 Job Description The Pittsfield Public School District is seeking candidates for a confidential administrative assistant to the Assistant Superintendent for Business and Finance. This is a year-round 40-hour per week non-bargaining position. Duties include performing a wide range of administrative and financial management functions, including oversight of school foundation budgets, processing purchase orders and coordinating bids and bulk supply orders; serving as the immediate contact between the Assistant Superintendent for Business and Finance and staff, public officials, parents and general public; performing all legal tasks, responsibilities and duties as directed as well as providing for the security of confidential information pertaining to the business office.
