Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster an efficient, welcoming environment where everyone can thrive. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries accurately and efficiently Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all records Answer phones and interact with customers to schedule and print work orders and delivery tickets. Schedule is Monday-Sat. During week it is 830-5 and Sat is 8-12. One week day will be a half day.
