Job Description

Therap-Ease, a family-owned business specializing in home medical supplies and equipment, is looking to add a new team member! Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of office functions and excellent customer services skills.
Our ideal candidates will:
Be well-organized and capable of balancing multiple responsibilities at once Have prior experience in a medical office or professional office environment Be articulate in their speech and precise in their writing Be a self-starter and willing to take initiative Possess a positive attitude and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional service Job responsibilities will include: Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, transcribing messages, and ensuring timely follow-up Oversee document management, ensuring proper organization of files and records (ie: collating, filing, and maintaining electronic records) Offer superb customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting customers and patients in person and over the phone Efficiently manage calendars and assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events Provide additional support to team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment Actively contribute ideas for process improvement and increased efficiency in daily operations
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and efficiently, demonstrating a high level of self-motivation Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment (ie: prioritize tasks with great attention to detail) Understand basic office management practices and maintain an organized environment for yourself and others Familiarity with medical terminology and knowledge of healthcare regulations is a plus

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
