Approximately 20 hours per week Mon, Wed, Thurs 1:30p-6:15p, Fri 8:30a - 1:30p We are a small, welcoming chiropractic office that values excellent patient care and a positive, comfortable environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is organized, dependable, and can make patients feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door. Responsibilities Greet and assist with checking in patients in a friendly, professional manner Answer phones, respond to texts, and assist patients with scheduling appointments Collect copays and outstanding balances Maintain patient records and keep the front desk organized Assist with general office and administrative tasks Communicate with patients regarding appointments and office policies Help keep the office running smoothly and efficiently Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills Reliable, responsible, and professional Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using computers and learning office software Able to multitask in a busy environment Previous medical / chiropractic office experience is a definite plus Most importantly, we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping and connecting with people
