Inly School seeks a highly organized, energetic, and adaptable Auxiliary Programs Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and day-to-day operation of Inly's Auxiliary Programs, including Summer at Inly, beginning immediately. Working closely with the Interim Director of Auxiliary Programs, the Auxiliary Programs Assistant serves as a key operational partner in a dynamic, fast-paced program environment. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role requiring someone who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with families and employees, solve problems in real time, and shift comfortably between administrative responsibilities and active program support. A successful candidate will be a flexible, resourceful team member who sees what needs to be done, takes initiative, remains calm when plans change, and helps keep the many moving pieces of a complex program running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:
Program Administration & Coordination Support the planning, coordination, and day-to-day administration of auxiliary programs, including after-school, summer, and other extended-day offerings Maintain program schedules, rosters, registrations, and participant information Coordinate logistics with faculty, staff, families, and outside vendors to ensure programs run smoothly Assist with program communications, including schedules, reminders, and other information shared with families Family & Student Support Serve as a welcoming and responsive point of contact for families regarding auxiliary programs Respond to questions and requests, and help resolve program-related issues in a timely and professional manner Support student check-in, dismissal, attendance, and transitions between programs Help ensure a safe, organized, and positive experience for students participating in auxiliary programs Financial & Operational Support Assist with program billing, payment tracking, and other administrative processes Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to enrollment, attendance, and program participation Support purchasing, supply ordering, and coordination with vendors as needed Provide general administrative and operational support to the Auxiliary Programs team and assist with special projects as needed Qualities of anIdeal Candidate:
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through. Warm, professional communicator who enjoys working with students, families, and colleagues. Proactive and adaptable, with strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm in a busy environment. Collaborative and reliable, with a willingness to jump in and support the team wherever needed. Comfortable with technology and new systems, with Google Workspace proficiency and a commitment to contributing to an inclusive school community.Salary and Benefits:
Inly School offers competitive pay and benefits. The hourly rate for this position is $25 to $30, commensurate with experience. Benefits offerings include Medical with HSA plan, Dental plan, Retirement 403(b), Life insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Flexible spending accounts, Vision care, Short-term Disability, Long-term Disability, Legal Shield and Aflac.
