Job Title:
Real Estate Operations & Marketing Assistant Job Overview We are seeking a high-energy, multifaceted Administrative Assistant to join our real estate team. This role is designed for a "professional organizer" who can pivot between managing the books, designing marketing flyers, and keeping our listing timelines on track. You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks while we focus on our clients.Key Responsibilities Financial & Data Management:
• Perform bookkeeping tasks and manage accounts payable (bill pay) using QuickBooks or similar software. Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets to track lead generation, expenses, and sales metrics.Marketing & Creative Design:
Design high-quality marketing materials, including digital flyers, brochures, and open house packages (proficiency in Canva or similar tools preferred). Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to maintain brand presence. Coordinate email marketing campaigns and maintain the client database (CRM).Real Estate Operations:
Coordinate listing activities and document preparation. Maintain accurate records and ensure all transaction files are complete and compliant.Administrative Support:
Organize daily schedules and prioritize high-urgency tasks. Provide meticulous data entry and proofreading for contracts and professional correspondence.Required Skills & Qualifications Organizational Expert:
Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Tech Literacy:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and Google Workspace .Bookkeeping Knowledge:
Experience with QuickBooks or similar financial software is a major plus.Creative Flair:
Experience in social media management and basic graphic design (flyers, social posts). Attention toDetail:
Sharp eyes for proofreading and maintaining 100% accuracy in records.Time Management:
