  • $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Phone communication Filing High school diploma or GED Russian Phone etiquette Full Job Description We are hiring a part-time or full-time Coordinator, which is an office position.
Part-time position would be minimum 3x/wk including Mondays and Tuesdays with the third day being either Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. The Coordinator provides administrative supervision over their staff of home health care workers. The Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling and coordination of client visits, maintenance and upkeep of scheduling records and client files, and the accurate and timely communication of scheduling changes between office and field staff. Participates in field staff performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Responsible for collecting time sheets and submitting payroll for assigned Home Care Workers.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required. College Degree, preferred.
  • 2 years' experience as a coordinator or other related experience, preferred.
  • Must possess positive, enthusiastic attitude, good people skills, and professional appearance, as well as excellent telephone skills.
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Bilingual in Russian is required
