East Columbus Ave Springfield Hours:

Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (30 hours per week)

Pay Range:

$20.50 - $20.50 Responsibilities Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide receptionist, clerical, and administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, demonstrate professionalism when interacting with the public, and be comfortable working with a diverse population. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Essential Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner Greet and assist visitors and clients Provide general clerical and administrative support Manage correspondence, filing, data entry, and document preparation Maintain accurate records and office files Assist staff with administrative tasks as needed Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow What We're Looking For The successful candidate will be dependable, customer-focused, and committed to providing exceptional administrative support.
