The administrative assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the Pine Street behavioral health clinic.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet guests Coordinate electronic health record calendar and schedule appointments for service providers Maintain appearance and cleanliness of office and common areas Inventories and purchases office supplies Maintains computer databases and records Maintains program records in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards Manages special projects for the Program Director as needed
Requirements:
high school diploma or equivalency computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) detail-oriented and organized excellent written and verbal communication skills strong interpersonal, customer relations skills
Schedule Detail:
This is a full-time role, 40 hours a week. Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Pay rate is $20 - $24/hour based on experience.
