Job Description

The Boston Land Company Management Services Administrative Assistant PT Property Management Company is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual to be the point person for all office functions. This position is 25 hours per week and in located in Taunton, MA. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, cable of multi-tasking, can work independently as well as be a strong team player. Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1.Experience and capability with basic office systems (filing, scanning, troubleshooting computers/printers, data entry) and with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required. 2. Maintains filing in accordance with company policy.
  • 3. Collects residential rent and resolves all delinquency items in a timely manner in conjunction with the Property Manager.
  • 4. Prepares the move-in and move-out paperwork.
  • 5. Prepares initial certification data for new residents, makes interim changes and manages annual re-certification.
  • Experience with section 8 re-certifications a plus.
  • 6. Processes invoices for payment in the absence of the Property Manager.
  • 7. Reports resident concerns and issues to the Property Manager for resolution.
  • Other Duties Reports accidents and emergencies to the Property Manager immediately.
Complies with all company policies and regulations. Prepares correspondence, bulletins, notices and reports as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned.
