Administrative Assistant & Analyst Location:

Boston MA (3-4x a week on site) Contract length: 12 months

$28-30per hour W2 We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant & Analyst to support executive leadership within a fast-paced and dynamic IT organization. This role serves as the operational backbone of the leadership office and combines executive administrative support with analytical, vendor coordination, and project support responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Studies, or a related field - or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum two (5) years of progressively responsible administrative or office coordination experience
