Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Join our compassionate and dedicated team at the Care Dimensions Hospice House, a serene and supportive environment where patients and families find comfort during life's most meaningful moments. Nestled in a peaceful setting, our hospice house is more than a place of care. It is a place of dignity, respect, and comfort. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and compassionate Administrative Assistant to support our clinical team in delivering exceptional care. In this role, you will help create a welcoming environment for patients, families, and visitors while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the hospice house. Responsibilities include administrative support, staffing and scheduling assistance, file management, and other operational duties that contribute to the high-quality care we provide. Why Join Us? Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience as a medical secretary, administrative assistant, or related role in a fast-paced environment, preferably within healthcare. Demonstrated ability to manage communications and coordinate activities in a multidisciplinary setting. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as healthcare-related systems and databases. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity. Ready to Make a Difference?
