This individual will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for front office operations, workplace coordination, facilities support, and visitor management for the Sales & Marketing office. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a clean, organized, and functional workplace experience for employees and guests alike. Duties Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office, kitchen, conference rooms, and common areas Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk presence Manage visitor check-in procedures and meeting room readiness Coordinate hospitality needs including beverages, catering, and meeting support Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships Partner with building management, IT, HR, and external service providers as needed Assist with onboarding logistics and workplace setup for new hires Support office events, workplace initiatives, and general administrative requests Assist with mailing, shipping, and internal office coordination Track workplace-related inventory, supplies, and budgets Maintain workplace procedures, organization, and documentation Experience Prior experience in office administration, workplace operations, front desk coordination, hospitality, or similar support-focused roles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
