Primary Care Administrative Assistant

The West Springfield team is expanding and seeking a friendly, team-driven person to fill a full-time position in our expanding Primary Care Practice. The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the Primary Care Clinic located at Park St.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and greets guests Coordinates calendar and appointments for staff and program Maintains appearance and cleanliness of office and common areas Checking In-Out of patients, including scheduling follow up appts, as needed Maintains computer databases and records Manages special projects for the Program Director as needed Maintains program records in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalency Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Detail-oriented and organized Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal, customer relations skills Experience working in a primary care setting

Bilingual Schedule Details:

Friday:
