Compensation:
$55,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as the welcoming point of contact by managing front desk operations and phone coverage, ensuring a professional and friendly environment. Facilitate the flow of correspondence, including incoming and outgoing mails and emails, to ensure seamless communication. Prepare, review, and edit legal and business documents with precision and care. Organize and coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and lunch-and-learn events to foster team engagement. Assist with travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and transportation. Interface with building maintenance teams and manage equipment upkeep to maintain an efficient office environment. Handle electronic filing systems to ensure documents are correctly maintained and accessible. Manage office supplies and subscription orders to ensure the availability of necessary resources. Requirements 1-3 years' experience in an office environment. A Bachelor's college degree from an accredited institution. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
