We're partnering with a growing independent insurance agency in Worcester that's looking to add an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to its team. If you've worked in Personal Lines for a few years, know your way around home and auto policies, and want to join an agency where you can actually leave work at work at the end of the day, this is worth a conversation. You'll manage and service an existing book of Personal Lines clients while working alongside a supportive team that handles much of the administrative work behind the scenes. What You'll Do Manage and service an existing book of Personal Lines accounts Assist clients with homeowners, auto, umbrella, condo, renters, and other personal insurance policies Handle coverage questions, policy changes, endorsements, and billing inquiries Review client coverage and identify potential gaps or additional needs Work with carriers on quotes, coverage, and account servicing Support renewals and new business activity Assist clients with claims-related questions and next steps Maintain accurate client and policy information within the agency management system Build long-term relationships and provide responsive, professional client service What We're Looking For 2+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience Previous Property & Casualty insurance experience Working knowledge of common Personal Lines coverages Strong customer service and communication skills Organized and comfortable managing multiple client relationships Property & Casualty license preferred Experience with Nexsure or another agency management system is a plus, but not required

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
