Job Description

Job Summary Systems by Susie Professional Organizers is looking for a friendly, hard-working, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly organized individual to join our amazing team of professional organizers. If you love creating order, enjoy helping people, and aren't intimidated by messy spaces, this is the perfect role for you. Every day holds a new before & after transformation as we assist clients in decluttering, organizing homes, and managing seamless moves.
Hours:
18-30 hours/week Shifts are 9 am - 3 pm, (additional paid travel time 1 hour before and after shift may be required on travel jobs)
Status:
Part-Time Employee Position Duties :
Collaborate with team members to assess clients organizational needs and develop customized space layouts, household systems, and efficient storage solutions Sort, declutter, and organize client homes (closets, kitchens, garages, offices, etc.) Create organizing systems using containers, labels, and storage solutions Assist clients with editing/purging items in a kind, nonjudgmental way Upload photos, track time, and complete simple project documentation Assist with concierge moves: decluttering, packing, unpacking, and organizing
Skills :
Background in interior design, staging, styling, caregiving, childcare, event planning, healthcare, executive assistants, house managers, hospitality or hotel experience is a plus for working with diverse client needs Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb stairs, and work on your feet all day Reliable transportation to jobs within a 45 mile radius from Arnold, MD. Can carpool in work vehicle Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills Tech-savvy with smartphone and cloud apps Positive attitude, professional yet friendly demeanor Takes initiative & hustles to complete the job within allotted time Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy No allergies to pets, dust, or fragrances This Role Is Perfect For You If… You've been told you have the "gift of organization" You love organizing and want meaningful, flexible work You're kind, empathetic, efficient, and dependable You enjoy helping clients transform their spaces and lives You are looking for a team culture that supports work/life balance Not a Fit If… You can't commit to a minimum 3 days/week You plan to start your own organizing business (non-compete required)
Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 18.0 - 30.0 per week
