Job Description

Project Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Project Administrator. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong organizational judgment with technical confidence across Microsoft tools, data reporting, and presentation delivery. The role calls for someone who is detail oriented, can adapt quickly, communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, and contribute to administrative and procurement-related activities in a public sector environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative support for leadership and team operations in a hybrid work setting.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, contracts management, procurement, workflows and shared resources using Microsoft Word, Excel, Workday and SharePoint.
  • Analyze data sets and compile findings into clear summaries that help inform business decisions.
  • Build and enhance automated workflows with Power Automate to improve efficiency in recurring administrative processes.
  • Develop effective presentation materials and confidently present information in both virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while handling communications with care and sound interpersonal judgment.
  • Assist with procurement-related documentation and administrative tasks, particularly within public sector or government-focused processes when needed.
  • Learn new tools, procedures, and priorities quickly to provide reliable support across evolving team needs
  • At least 4 years of experience in an administrative support or office coordination role with government, public sector experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, as well as SharePoint.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Workday, Microsoft Power Automate and the ability to support workflow improvement initiatives.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including working with spreadsheets and Excel formulas.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse audiences.
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations in both in-person and virtual settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving work environment.
  • Exposure to public sector organizations or government procurement processes is preferred.
