Administrative Assistant Location:
Beltsville, MD Pay:
$20-$25 per hour plus overtime if needed (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Duties:
Compile weekly payroll timecards and job boards. HR Support - understanding of Company policies & benefits to answer employee inquiries. Onboarding of new employees and uploading completed paperwork to payroll and HR depts. Track divisional equipment registration dates and maintain division's equipment list. Track and maintain employee overnight expense log. Order office supplies as required. Manage divisional shipments using Worldwide. Other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word and Excel). Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 2 Years experience as an Administrative Assistant. High School diploma required.
