Job Description

Business Technology Integrators (BTI) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with more than 25 years of experience delivering innovative and reliable IT and engineering solutions to the Federal Government. BTI supports mission-critical programs across defense and civilian agencies, with core expertise in cybersecurity, program management, enterprise IT, and technical oversight services. BTI is currently searching for Administrative Assistants to fulfill the roles and responsibilities below in support of
USCIS:
Position Summary Administrative Assistants provide comprehensive mission, clerical, technical, and executive support to USCIS OSI, OI, and FDNS. They ensure daily operational continuity and support federal staff in executing USCIS mission requirements. Primary Responsibilities Mission Support Perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors, answering phones, and scheduling. Conduct scanning, copying, faxing, filing, printing, sorting, and record keeping. Manage hard copy and electronic files in compliance with NARA requirements. Act as escort for visitors or unbadged personnel. Assist with travel arrangements in Concur (alternate preparer). Provide daily calendar briefings and scheduling support. Monitor multiple email inboxes and route communications appropriately. Develop forms, announcements, surveys, and other materials. Maintain conference room schedules and support meeting logistics. Receive, distribute, and prepare mail and packages. Maintain phone lists, global email lists, and facility move calendars. Prepare presentations, memoranda, correspondence, organizational charts, and statistical reports. Track mandatory and elective training requirements. Draft, format, and edit publications, reports, handbooks, and correspondence. Track regional/divisional projects and obtain status reports. Support Vehicle Control Authority functions (GOV logs, access, maintenance tracking). Maintain working knowledge of OPTS and access control systems. Support Fitness for Duty Program activities including scheduling, documentation, and applicant communication. Technical Support Assist with inventory receipt, verification, and distribution. Support property management officials with annual inventory and property record maintenance. Provide data entry and Learning Management System support. Scan documents using OCR and convert files using Adobe Acrobat. Update SharePoint and ECN sites and maintain permissions. Reconcile documentation in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Receive and ship A‑Files and record transactions in RAILS. Perform monthly data pulls from Intellilink and enter closed‑case information into MDB. Provide data support, produce reports, and perform system queries. Coordinate with IT Helpdesk to ensure proper access for employees. Answer OPTS Help Desk calls and route inquiries appropriately. Required Qualifications Fluent in English (written and oral). Strong organizational, coordination, and customer service skills. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and web browsers. Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel (pivot tables, styles, templates).
