- Support executive calendars and meeting scheduling.
- Coordinate conference room reservations and meeting logistics.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense submissions.
- Prepare basic meeting materials and presentations.
- Welcome visitors and coordinate guest logistics.
- Maintain records, filing systems, and document repositories.
- Assist with company events, employee engagement activities, and customer visits.
- Support office administration activities and special projects. Key Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and grow within an administrative support career path.
- 0-2 years of administrative, office support, customer service, hospitality, or coordinator experience.
- Internship or professional office experience preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
