S3 Job Profile Sub-Family Definition Wholesale Relationship Management is responsible for developing, expanding, and maintaining relationships with commercial and institutional clients to support their financial needs and drive growth across the organization’s wholesale banking portfolio.
Activities include:
Identifying client opportunities Delivering tailored financial solutions Coordinating product specialists Providing guidance across lending, treasury, capital, and advisory services Responsibilities also include managing the end-to-end client experience, monitoring portfolio performance, ensuring strong credit and risk practices, and collaborating with internal partners to support efficient onboarding, servicing, and issue resolution. Career Specialization Definition Wholesale Client Services Delivery is responsible for supporting the onboarding, servicing, administration, and operational delivery of products and services to wholesale banking clients. Activities may include client support, service coordination, implementation activities, and operational issue resolution. Other duties as assigned. Career Level Definition Requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
Responsibilities typically include:

Non-Exempt Salary Grade:
114 Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location, etc. The compensation range for this role is $62,100
