  • Provide advanced support to executive leadership and business leaders.
  • Manage highly complex calendars, priorities, and strategic scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate executive travel, customer engagements, and leadership events.
  • Draft professional executive correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Support executive leadership meetings, board reviews, and management discussions.
  • Track strategic initiatives, leadership actions, and critical milestones.
  • Coordinate executive visits, customer briefings, and corporate events.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior administrative staff and assist with process improvements. Key Qualifications
  • Exceptional executive support and relationship-management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and executive-writing abilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and collaboration technology expertise.
  • Strong business acumen and organizational awareness.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
  • High degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and executive presence.
  • 7+ years of executive or senior administrative support experience.
  • Experience supporting Vice Presidents, C-level executives, or executive leadership teams required.
  • Experience supporting strategic initiatives, board meetings, and executive communications preferred.
  • Experience working in government contracting, defense, aviation, transportation, or technology environments preferred.
