Job Description
Responsibilities:
? Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries appropriately. ? Maintain office supplies and assist with purchasing and vendor coordination. ? Support document preparation, filing, and data entry tasks. ? Assist staff with scheduling and administrative projects. ? Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. ? High school diploma or equivalent required. ? 1?2 years of office or administrative experience. ? Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ?
