The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys learning about business, who takes the initiative to solve problems, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be willing to work independently but will also have the opportunity work in tandem with others.

• The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 4:30 PM
• 8:30 PM. Saturday availability may also be needed from time-to-time.

Responsibilities:

Answer telephones politely Greet and direct clients and visitors Conduct authorization inquiries for insurance claims Enter data from documents into an electronic database Assist in our clinic with supervising children, changing diapers, and managing the reception area Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the office Other administrative duties as assigned
