Overview
GENERAL SUMMARY
This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by providing administrative support to the Lorton, VA. location.
Hours of responsibility:
Monday - Friday; 8am - 4:30pm. Responsibilities Front Desk Support Cashier FSV Daily CTS Cases and Documentation Research Donations Backup Cashier for Geo Routes Ordering supplies via Power App Maintain accurate and organized document archiving while executing PepsiCo Document Record Retention policy concerning all required administrative processes supported.
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $43,500 - $69,400. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave.
Vacation:
for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days.
Holidays:
for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually.
Sick Leave:
for eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury. Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year.
Bereavement Leave:
In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay.
Parental Leave:
for eligible employees, the company offers paid parental leave for up to 6 weeks to allow for a time of bonding with their newborn or newly adopted child. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience providing administrative process influence in similar industry. Prior bookkeeping experience and/or general accounting principal knowledge required. Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Teams, and Excel. Aptitude to work with minimal supervision. Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency. Outstanding organization, time management, and strong communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to lift to 50 pounds, work while standing and complete repetitive lift & bend actions.
