Location:

Millersville, MD Day-to-day responsibilities include: Processing invoices and managing the full accounts payable cycle Preparing check, ACH, and wire payments and communicating with vendors Reconciling vendor statements and assisting with AP accruals Supporting audits by maintaining accurate financial documentation Greeting visitors and maintaining visitor records Organizing files and maintaining office documentation Monitoring and restocking office and kitchen supplies Performing data entry, reporting, and basic administrative tasks
