Job Description

H-2B Program Administrator At United Work & Travel, the company's purpose is to inspire and create happier and healthier moments. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting this mission by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. United Work and Travel is seeking a detail-oriented and organized H-2B Program Administrator to provide administrative support with the preparation, coordination, and management of H-2B program filings. This position will assist the H-2B team with gathering information, preparing documents, monitoring deadlines, communicating with employers and other parties, and ensuring case files remain accurate and organized. Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and organization of H-2B filings Collect, review, and organize information and documents Prepare case-related forms, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other administrative documents. Track filing deadlines, case timelines, and outstanding requirements. Communicate with employers, recruiters, workers, and other program partners as needed. Maintain accurate case files Assist with all H-2B visa filing requirements (online and paper) Assist with data entry, and general administrative tasks. Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet important deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, etc. Proficiency with Google Business Suite, including Gmail, Sheets, etc. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team. Previous administrative, immigration, legal, or compliance experience is preferred but not required. Schedule This is a part-time, in-office position requiring approximately 15-20 hours per week. The schedule is flexible and can be arranged around availability and office needs. Compensation The Program Administrator position with United Work & Travel has a compensation of $18.00 - $22.00 per hour. Location This is a part-time on-site position located out of United Work & Travel's corporate headquarters in Owings Mills, MD.
