Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly. Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed. Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution. Support office management tasks to ensure a well-functioning workplace. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing communication with diverse clients. Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer service practices. Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry. Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
