Responsibilities:

- Process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring items are sorted and distributed promptly to the appropriate recipients.
- Scan, file, and organize business documents to maintain accurate and accessible records.
- Enter and update information in office systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitor inventory levels for office materials and place orders to keep essential supplies stocked.
- Support accounts payable activities by assisting with invoice tracking and related administrative documentation.
