Job Description
The incumbent, reporting to the Family Division Managers, will be responsible for performing a range of paraprofessional administrative duties, including office operations and case management. Duties can include, but are not limited to: Reviews and collects child support employee timesheets for submission to the Family Division Manager(s), ensuring accurate payroll and compliance. Serves as the Quality Reviewer of all child support orders. Provides administrative support for Family Division grant-funded projects, initiatives, reports, and operational improvements. Answers phone calls and serves as the initial point of contact for the Family Division Manager(s). Handles and safeguards sensitive data and records. Manages electronic calendars, arranges and oversees meeting logistics, and ensures all participants are appropriately informed and prepared. Replies to written and/or verbal inquiries. Performs other duties as assigned. Bachelor's Degree completion of significant course work in Liberal Arts, one of the Social Sciences, or Public or Business Administration, supplemented by one (1) year of staff assistance experience, preferably in County government, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
