Job Description

Hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. Qualified applicants for the Receptionist/Office Assistant position will possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficient/competent with computer operating systems, tech skills. Working knowledge of the Maryland DDA system, a plus. Experience with Icare Manager system, a plus. Responsible for answering telephones and directing calls to appropriate administrators. Receiving and sending mail. Maintaining central filing system. Entering documents and information in the Icare Manager system. Maintaining training records for staff. On-boarding new employees. Various other duties.
